Rogier Mul started his career in agrivoltaics, where he was involved in developing one of the Netherlands’ first agrivoltaic projects, integrating renewable energy production with sustainable farming.

Building on this foundation, he expanded into sustainability consulting, impact investing, and ESG advisory before joining Royal Sanders Group, a European producer of personal care products with facilities in the Netherlands, Belgium, the UK, and Germany, as the Group’s ESG Data & Reporting Specialist.

Sofia has been a dedicated player in the Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) sphere for over half a decade. As ESG Manager, she is integrally involved with all aspects of reporting, developing a roadmap towards a Net Zero future, refining sustainability guidelines, and ensuring TES's operations adhere to best practices in environmental stewardship and social responsibility. Catalina Hemmink is a Sustainability Reporting Specialist at ABN AMRO Bank since 2019. There, she has been responsible for conducting the materiality analysis in the past and has recently performed the first ESRS double materiality analysis for the bank. In the past years she has worked on integrating sustainability further into the corporate strategy. More recently, she has worked together with finance to take the first steps in producing a CSRD compliant annual report. She has previously worked for four years as a sustainability advisor and assurance professional and holds a Master’s degree in Business Studies from the University of Amsterdam.

Siloshini Naidoo is an Environmental Specialist and has 17 years’ experience in the environmental risk management field. She has her under and post graduate qualifications in the Environmental Sciences field. She has worked across the mining, renewable energy, infrastructure sectors in her engineering consulting career and headed up the Environmental and Social Risk division within  Nedbanks Corporate Investment Banking arm for nearly ten  years. She provided technical and strategic expertise on a diverse range of projects/ investments within the environmental management, sustainable investment/ lending space, including Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) due diligence, Equator Principle and IFC advisory and review. She also through her position at Nedbank and now at DBSA manages key relationships with other DFI’s such as the DEG, IFC , AFD through its credit line E&S obligations. Whilst she is not a climate specialist , she has exposure to the complexity of embedding and operationalizing  carbon accounting methodologies and other related reporting requirements against credit and other systems within a bank.  She is also exposed to the complexities around embedding and managing ESG related indices on sustainable finance debt instruments. She was appointed at DBSA in January 2023 to head up the ESG department.

Tomas Zaborowski is Global Head of Sustainability Excellence at Bayer Crop Science. With a career spanning from consumer goods to agriculture in Latin America where he is originally from, Tomas is a passionate advocate for sustainability and the role of businesses in delivering on this. He firmly believes in the importance of agriculture and its role in overcoming societal challenges like food security, biodiversity, climate change and alleviating hunger and malnutrition. Tomas has worked for over ten years in agriculture and is currently based in Germany.

With more than 15 years of experience in the Austrian and international private banking sector, Christine is responsible for the sustainability management of the RBI Group for Austria and Central and Eastern Europe (CEE).

She is responsible for the steering and reporting of the "UNEP FI Principles for Responsible Banking", to which RBI was the first Austrian bank to commit internationally in 2021, and coordinates ESG governance across all Management Board areas to implement sustainable goals in the banking group.

Cornelia Frentz is the Director of Governance and Sustainable Investing at the European Circular Bioeconomy Fund (ECBF), where she leads the fund’s ESG and impact strategy, governance frameworks, and regulatory compliance.

She established ECBF’s ESG and impact strategy in line with Article 9 SFDR, the EU Taxonomy, EIB environmental and social standards, and oversees ESG and impact due diligence, monitoring, and reporting across the portfolio.

Jeremy Slingerland is cofounder of the social enterprise Primegreen, directly sourcing specialty natural ingredients for cosmetics application from producers in Latin America.

With a background in strategy and business model innovation, Jeremy made it his mission to create value chains by applying smart incentives and services to facilitate closer collaboration between different links in the supply chain.

Together with his partner Chloé, a French pharmacist and food scientist, he stands side by side with producers to improve their export readiness.

Vishal Goel is a seasoned ESG and sustainability leader with over 17 years of experience working across the sectors including real estate, CPG, manufacturing, financial services amongst many others.

Vishal currently serves as Director, ESG at Earthood Services in UK, where he spearheads ESG assurance, reporting, strategy, and decarbonization services.

His career journey includes significant roles at S&P Global, Bureau Veritas, EY, where he honed his expertise in ESG strategy, reporting, and assurance.

From leading Net-Zero strategy projects to wrangling carbon footprints and assuring sustainability reports, he’s seen it all.

Vishal is well-versed in major sustainability and GHG frameworks such as CSRD, IFRS, GRI, CDP, GRESB to name a few, and has contributed to key technical working groups which including drafting of Assurance standards as well as external reviewer guidelines for Green Bonds.

Pelle de Laaf is a finance and sustainability professional based in the Netherlands. He currently serves as Head of Finance & Reporting at the Johan Cruijff ArenA in Amsterdam.

The largest venue for football, events and concerts in the Netherlands. Where he plays a pivotal role in integrating financial strategy with the venue’s sustainability initiatives.

On this topic he also gives lectures at Nyenrode Business University. Beyond his primary role, Pelle is actively involved in several organizations dedicated to environmental and social impact.
